The short version
This website does not ask you to create an account, does not run a contact form that stores anything, and does not carry advertising trackers. If you get in touch, we hold what you send us so we can reply to it, and nothing more.
What we collect
Nothing automatically beyond standard server logs. Our host records ordinary technical information for every visit, such as the page requested, the time, and general browser and device details. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
What you choose to send us. The enquiry builder on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. It formats what you type into a message and hands it to WhatsApp or your email application. Nothing you type is transmitted to this website or stored on it. Once you press send in WhatsApp or your email client, we receive that message the same way we would receive any other message.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant. We do not sell information, share it with data brokers, or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
Third parties
- Hosting. The site is served by a commercial hosting provider, which processes requests and keeps operational logs.
- WhatsApp and email. If you contact us through either, that conversation is also handled by the provider you chose under their own privacy terms.
- Fonts and images. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service. Photography is stored and served from this site.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Client project data
Where we build or operate a system for a client, any personal data in it belongs to that client and is processed on their instructions, under the terms of the agreement between us. Accounts, databases and hosting for client projects are created in the client's name wherever possible.
Your rights
You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@teebtek.com and we will action it.
