AI Automation
Automate the work nobody should be doing by hand
Every business has a queue of repetitive work: the same five customer questions, invoices retyped into a spreadsheet, quotes assembled from a template, leads that go cold because nobody replied within the hour. That work is now automatable to a standard that holds up in front of a customer, and we build the systems that do it.
What we do
What is included in AI Automation
Customer support assistants
An assistant that knows your own documents and policies, answers the routine questions on WhatsApp, your site or email, and hands anything unusual to a human with the conversation attached.
Invoices and paperwork
Pull the details out of invoices, receipts, forms and PDFs and put them into your system, with a person reviewing anything the system is unsure about.
Workflow automation
The connective tissue between your tools, so a new lead, order or booking triggers everything that should follow it without anyone remembering.
Content at volume
Drafting, summarising, translating and reformatting at scale, in your tone and with your review, so the output stays yours.
AI inside your own systems
Modern AI built into your product or internal tools, with the limits, checks and spending controls that make it safe to leave running.
Automation audit
A short engagement where we map where your team's hours actually go, and tell you which three tasks are worth automating first.
Deliverables
What you actually receive
- A map of what is worth automating
- A working assistant or process
- Connected to the systems you use
- A human review and escalation path
- Tuning until the accuracy holds
- Spending limits and monitoring
- Team training
- Ongoing tuning and support
How it runs
The way the work actually goes
- 1
Find the expensive hours
We look for tasks that are high volume, rule-shaped and low judgement. Those pay back fastest and carry the least risk.
- 2
Pilot on one process
One automation, running on real work, with a person checking the output. You see the accuracy before you commit to more.
- 3
Harden and expand
Once the pilot holds up, we add monitoring and spending limits, then move on to the next item on the list.
Questions
AI Automation: the honest answers
Will AI make mistakes in front of my customers?
It can, which is why we design the handover to a human first. Routine, checkable questions get automated; anything uncertain goes to a person with the conversation attached. Nothing goes live without a review step you control.
Do you need our data to train anything?
No. The assistant reads your current documents at the moment it answers a question. Your information is not used to train anything public, and it stays in your accounts.
What does it cost to run?
You pay for what you use, and it is usually smaller than people expect at the volumes a typical business handles. We estimate the monthly cost during the pilot and put a hard limit in place.
